In continuing our celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we're sharing another recipe from our friend Marisel Salazar @mariselmsalazar! She created a delicious Arroz con Leche, prepared in a traditional Pananmanian style, where she is from. Tag us on Instagram @ctown.supermarkets when you recreate this dessert!
