Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seed oil
  • 3 cups of cooked Rico long grain rice
  • 2 oz. carrots
  • 2 oz. red peppers
  • 2 oz. onions
  • 2 oz. purple cabbage
  • 3 oz. mushrooms
  • 2 oz. yellow squash
  • 2 oz. soy sauce
  • 1 oz. scallions

Directions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour the sesame oil, then add the vegetables little by little, start with the carrots, onions, cabbage, peppers and then with the yellow squash and mushrooms.
  2. Once the vegetables are soft, add the rice and soy sauce.
  3. When everything is well mixed, it will be ready. Decorate with scallions.

Directiones:

  1. Calienta una sartén a fuego medio, vierte el aceite de sésamo, luego agrega poco a poco las verduras. Poco a poco empezar con las zanahorias, cebollas, repollo, pimientos y luego con el amarillo calabaza y champiñones.
  2. Una vez que las verduras estén blandas, añade el arroz y la salsa de soja.
  3. Cuando esté todo bien mezclado estará listo. Decora con cebolletas.
