Vitalite's Plant-Based Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
- 1 cup vegan butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups Vitalite™ Plant-Based Mozzarella Style Shreds
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- VITALITE Plant-Based Mozzarella Style Shreds
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place cut sides facing up on top of a parchment lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl combine softened butter, garlic powder, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the garlic mixture across the entire surface of both bread halves.
- Top with Vitalite™ Plant-Based Mozzarella Style Shreds.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes then broil for 1-2 minutes to ensure the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, then cut into slices and enjoy!
