Ultimate Lunch: Fried Bologna Sandwich

2 Hawaiian slider rolls
- 1/4 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Original Bologna
- 1 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
- 2 tsp. KRAFT Real Mayo
- 1+ shredded iceberg lettuce leaves
- 1 slice KRAFT Singles American
Directions
- Cut 4 parallel slits into the middle of each bologna slice.
- Melt margarine in a medium skillet on medium heat. Add bologna; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until each slice is lightly browned on both sides.
- Spread slider rolls with mustard, then mayo. Fill with lettuce, bologna, and Singles to make 2 sandwiches.
