Toasted English Muffins with Wesson Plant Butter

Ingredients:
- 1 Krasdale english muffin
- 3 Tablespoons Wesson plant butter or Wesson deluxe plant butter
Directions:
1. Slice english muffin in half; set aside.
2. Place a small frying pan over medium heat and allow to heat up for 1 minute.
3. Place 2 tablespoons of Wesson plant butter in pan and allow it to melt; then place both halves of english muffin in the pan, crinkles side down.
4. After two minutes, remove your english muffins from the pan and spread additional 1 tablespoon of plant butter on english muffin halves (split evenly).
5. Enjoy exactly like this or top with your favorite foods, like avocado, bacon, cheese and eggs!
6. Don’t forget to sip on our favorite Tropicana orange juice!
