Strawberry Mousse with President Whipped Cream

Ingredients:
- 4 cups Strawberries
 - 2/3 cup Sugar
 - 2 cups Cold heavy whipping cream
 
Instructions:
- Wash and dry strawberries and blend until smooth.
 - Remove ¾ cup of the strawberry purée from the blender and pour into the bottom of the mousse jars. Divide equally between jars.
 - Beat heavy whipping cream at high speed for 4 minutes.
 - Fold in the remaining strawberry purée into the whipped cream mixture.
 - Pipe or spoon the mousse into jars.
 - Top with Président® Whipped Crème and enjoy. You may also store in the fridge for a thicker consistency and enjoy later.
