Scalloped Potatoes using Kraft Natural Cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1-1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 2-1/2 lb. baking potatoes, skin on, thinly sliced
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan, divided
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Whisk heavy cream, flour, garlic and pepper in medium bowl until Stir in milk and chives.
- Place half the potatoes in 3-qt baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; layer with half each of the milk mixture, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers; cover.
- Bake 50 or until potatoes are tender, uncovering for the last 20 min.
- Let stand 10 to 15 min. before cutting to serve.
