Nectarine Smoothie with Fruits from Chile

Ingredients:

  • 1 Whole Chilean Nectarine (pit removed)
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 heaping cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • Optional: honey for sweetness

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients into blender

2. Blend until smooth
