Total Time: 60 minutes
What you need:
- Wilton's Candy Melts (orange, brown)
- Can be found at local craft stores, Michaels, Party City, etc...
- Fresh strawberries
- Piping or Ziploc bag
- Large sheet pan
- Wax paper
Directions:
-
In a glass bowl, melt the orange candy melts in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Take the bowl out, and stir until the mixture is smooth.
-
One by one, dip the strawberries into the mixture while holding the leaf of the strawberry. Place the dipped strawberries on a large sheetpan lined with wax paper.
-
After you finish dipping the strawberries in orange, melt a few brown tablets in the microwave, the same way you did with the orange ones. Fill a piping bag (or ziploc bag) with the mixture, cut a small hole in the corner of the bag, and start piping thin lines to resemble a basketball.
-
Let strawberries harden for about 30-45 minutes before serving.
ENJOY!
