Honey Garlic Pork Chops
Stephanie Correa
Ingredients:
-
4 boneless pork chops
-
Krasdale salt and Krasdale pepper, to season
-
1 teaspoon Krasdale garlic powder
-
2 tablespoons Krasdale vegetable oil
-
1 tablespoon Krasdale whipped butter
-
6 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/4 cup Krasdale honey
-
1/4 cup chicken broth
-
2 tablespoons Krasdale white vinegar
Instructions:
-
Preheat the oven to medium heat; season boneless pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
-
Heat vegetable oil in a pan on medium-high heat until hot. Sear pork chops on both sides until golden and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes per side). Transfer to a dish and set aside.
-
Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same pan, scraping all the browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add honey, water and vinegar.
-
Increase heat to medium-high and continue cooking until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes). Stir occasionally.
-
Add pork chops back into pan, spoon sauce generously over each pork chop, then broil for 1-2 minutes.
-
Serve with Krasdale frozen mixed vegetables that have been thawed and cooked with butter and garlic or mashed potatoes!
