Chef Rosie Batista's Pechugas Empanizadas with Kikkoman Panko breadcrumbs

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs think sliced chicken breast
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp adobo
- 1/2 tbsp oregano
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups Kikoman panco breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp Colavita oil
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions:
- Season the chicken breast with adobo, oregano, salt, black pepper, and garlic
- Egg wash the chicken
- Coat the egg-washed chicken in bread crumbs
- In a pan add oil and butter
- Fry the chicken for 5-6 min each side until golden brown
